Arthur Jackson, Jr., graced this world with his presence on February 3, 1947, to his loving parents, Henrietta Francois and Arthur Jackson, Sr., in Lettsworth, Louisiana.  He received his education in Louisiana before moving to Houston, Texas.  There he lived with his father and his wife Emily Jackson.  Later in life he met Dellar Mosley.  They had 6 children.

He worked iin construction for many years until he retired.  Arthur enjoyed driving back home to the casino, visiting family, hunting, fishing, cooking, baking ea cakes, making potota salad and being with his grandchildren.

Our beloved departed life on this earth on January 19, 2026.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Henrietta Francois and Arthur Jackson, Sr., sister, Lillian, Brother, Jackie, four nephews and one niece.

He leaves us with precious memories: his 2 sons, Arthur Jackson, III, and Ronald Jackson, Sr., 4 daughters, Coreie Mosley, Traci Jackson, Tieshea Sinegal (Cornelius) and Pamela Johnson (Fred), 4 sisters, Geraldine, Ida Mae (Alton), Carol, Betty Agnes and 1 brother, James (Helen), 19 grandchildren, David, Deionne, Della, Carla, Carlos, Arthur IV, Areyana, Consuela, Wyesha, Chamira, JaKalin, Ronald Jr, Chasity, Jazmine, Kershun, Ra'Nya, Ra'Ziyah, Rashid and Rontaivous, 8 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relative and friends.
