Charles Louis Jackson was born January 2, 1982 to Corliss Jackson and Spencer Norwood. We lost our brother on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 when he passed away.

Charles was born in New Orleans, Louisiana but spent most of his life in Houston, Texas where he went to A J Martin Elementary School, Sugar Land Middle School, and I. H. Kempner High School. It was in high school that he found his calling as a member of the JROTC which led him to join the US Navy after graduation. He spent over 13 years in service to our country.

Once he left the Navy, he entered civilian life and continued to serve his community as a freelance auto mechanic and was always available to help a friend in need. He always smiled and was a source of joy for all who knew him but he was never more happy than with tools in his hands working on cars.

He was preceded in death by his mother Corliss E Jackson; Grandmother Dorthy Jackson; Grandfather Charles Jackson.

He leaves behind brother Spencer Jackson, father Spencer Norwood, friends and shipmates across the globe. He will be missed.
