At the age of 19 Cornelius gained a passion to start his long-term career as a long-distance truck driver.
In the 90s era his love for music fueled his interest into becoming an entrepreneur, which led him to launch his independent record label, On Da Grind Records, LLC. He collaborated in making Rap and R&B music with a variety of mainstream artists and producers throughout the Southern region. During this time Cornelius is an impressive pioneer who wore many crowns. As a club owner, it afforded him to scout local recording artists of whom he signed to his renowned record label, On Da Grind Records in Sunny Side, Texas.
As a philanthropist, Cornelius business ventures, dominated his neighborhood, where he held many humanitarian community events such as the popular Father's Day celebration called, "Another Jack Move Productions."
Cornelius believed there is no limit to what could be accomplished in his life. In effort to increase the peace and decrease violence amongst the inner-city youth, and his own sons, he built a makeshift boxing ring that allowed those with challenging backgrounds the opportunity to resolve their differences in a non-violent manner, which taught them discipline and how to resolve conflict without the use of guns.
Cornelius Jr. realized that his sons were talented and skillful fighters that in turn could elicit a lucrative professional boxing career. Corneluis White III (son) became a professional boxer from 2007-2016 under the leadership of his father, Cornelius White Jr. who was also his professional boxing manager and trainer. He built Team Cornelius "Da Beast" White and partnered up with an elite boxing promotor, along with a Light Middle Weight Olympic Gold Medalist Boxer which played an integral role for many aspects of Corneluis White III having a prominent and successful professional boxing career with winning many professional boxing championship titles.
While managing his son's boxing career, Cornelius White Jr. continued to pursue his career in freight-line logistics as a contractor for Overland Express Trucking Co. where his career ended as one of their top-tier drivers.
