Damian Gradney was born on January 15, 1971, in Houston Texas to Ernest Gradney and Ruby Nell Bell. He was a life-long resident of Houston, Texas.

Damian was called home to the Lord on April 25, 2024, and leaves to cherish his memory, the love of his life, Catina Irvin and their two sons Davian and Javian Gradney, his daughter Tiara Gradney, and bonus daughters, Danyetta, Janetta, Mykala, and Llakia Irvin. There are 22 Grandchildren attributed to this blended family. Damian is also survived by his brother Vincent, wife Valerie, and nephew Brandon Gradney of Missouri City, Texas, extended stepbrothers and stepsisters, and a host of cousins and friends.

Damian was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Louanna Gradney, and Ruby Nell Bell.
