Deloris passed away quietly on July 18, 2024 with her loving family at her bedside. Deloris was born June 27, 1947, to Elijah and Adell Hall. Deloris was known by her family as "Baby Sister," She accepted Christ at an early age at New St. Philips Baptist Church in Arcola, TX and furthered her walk with Christ as member of Lily Grove Missionary Baptist Church, and at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church for the past 48 + years. Deloris received her primary education at Arcola Elementary School, Arcola, TX, she graduated from M.R. Woods High School, Sugar Land, TX, and furthered her education at Texas Southern University, where she met the love of her life and future husband John Richard Singleton, to this union, Charissa Michelle and Charlotta Danielle were born. Deloris was employed by Southwestern Bell/AT&T for 20+ years, until her retirement.

Deloris is preceded in death by her mother, father, brother Robert Crawford, and sister Carolyn Sessum. She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters Charissa Singleton and Charlotta Singleton, grandchildren Cody Mikal Singleton, Kamilah Adrianna Singleton-Laws, Chelsy Makenzie Singleton, Michelle Donshea Rawls, and Shanna Lashell Alexander. Great-grandchildren Aniyah Jones, Stafford Henry Jr., brother James (Gail) Hall, sisters Gladys Pryor, Freddie Jackson, Bettie Hall, a host of wonderful nieces, nephews, extended family members, and devoted friends.
