Florine (Outley) Shelton

Florien O. Shelton was born on January 27, 1953, in Houston, Texas. She was born to the late Angeline Outley and Mack McKinley.

She received her formal education from Jack Yates High School where she graduated. Florine entered m arriage with her high school sweetheart, Robert Earl Shelton, Sr., in the year of 1975 out of the union they had two sons, Derrick Shelton and Robert Earl Shelton, Jr., and through the years Florine was always a hard work, working with the Municipal Courts, Baylor Collee of Medicine and MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she retired from. She created a warm and welcoming environment for all that knew her. She was a great mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.

Florine made her final transition from this earthly life into eternal rest with her Savior on May 117, 2026. She is preceded in death by her parents, Angeline Outley and Mack McKinley, grandparents, son, Robert Earl Shelton, Jr., brother, Floyd Outley, and grandson Davion Shelton.

Florine leaves to cherish her memories, one son, Derrick Shelton (Michelle); one sister, Joyce Outley, seven grandchildren, one great grandson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
