Floyd Foley, Sr. affectionately known as Fish, was called to his eternal rest on May 20, 2025, in Houston, Texas. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana on May 21, 1955 to Louis and Dorothy Foley. Floyd graduated from Joseph S. C

lark High School. He shared his passion for music by playing drums at various clubs throughout the city and also pursued a career as a painter.
Floyd is survived by his beloved wife, Darnell Foley, and his two children, Lynota Foley and Floyd (Je'Sonia) Foley Jr. One Stepson Edward Baker. He cherished his five grandchildren: Kash, Kash'Mir, Rashaad, Destani, Edward Baker Jr. and Faith Lyn. Floyd is also remembered by his sister, Shelia (James)Cloud, and brothers, Arthur (Joann)Foley Sr. and John (Linda) Foley Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents Dorothy and Louis Foley Sr. His siblings: Frank Burns, Sr, Dorothy Williams, Louis Foley, Jr and June Burns, And a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends will miss him dearly.
