On October 7, 1961, in Houston, Texas a handsome bouncing boy was born to the late Harvey Guidry and Marion Guidry whom they named Harvey Durane Guidry, affectionally known as "Randy".

Harvey was a natural born leader and achiever. He was a believing servant of God and accepted Christ at an early age. Within the last seven years he developed a more personal and intimate walk with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

He was an amazing, loving son, dad, brother, uncle, and a very good friend to many. He always wanted to bring out the best in people and wanted his family and friends to succeed in life.

Harvey had three beautiful daughters, Toujour (Kesha) Stepherson, Tatum Stepherson, and Cambridge Guidry whom he was incredibly proud of and loved deeply.

Preceded him in death, his dad, Harvey Guidry.

Those left to mourn yet to rejoice in his cherished memories: his three beautiful daughters; his loving mother, Marion; his three siblings; Angela Pullum (Kevin), Jerryl Dewayne Guidry, and Dejaune Renee Phillips (Royce); his companion, Ruda (Brittany) Green; three adorable grandchildren, Ardyn Mack, Eric Lair, Jr., and Erin Lair.; three nieces; Faith Pullum, Hannah Washington (Nicholas) and Kierra Guidry; three nephews; Kevin E. Pullum (Theodora), Timothy Pullum (Godson), and Hampton Phillips; and a host of family and friends.
