Jerrell Kincheon Perrin was born February 26, 1951 to the late Gerrell Kincheon and Gertrude Kincheon Gray in Austin, Texas. Jerrell attended school in the Austin Independent School District.  After over 40 plus years she return to Houston to be with her family, after the death of her husband. She was a blessing to her family in so many ways.  She was a member of The Church Without Walls, Rev. Ralph West.

Jerrell was preceded in death by her parents Gerrell and Gertrude Kincheon Gray, Husband James Perrin and sister Wilma Mason. She leaves to cherish her memories:Her sisters Brenda Robinson (Nathaniel), Edna Turner(Phillip), Brothers, Karl Kincheon (Cherteral), and Michael Washington (Demarius) of, Smithfield, Virgina and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
