Joseph was born to Mr. Churchill Boyd Williams Sr. and Mrs. Dora Lee Williams. He accepted Jesus at an early age and was a member of South Union M.B.C. Joseph attended Jack Yates High School and resided in Houston, Texas. As the sunrose December 1, 2022, The lord reached for Joseph's hand and said "Come go with Me."

Joseph leaves to cherish his memory a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. He was proceeded in death by his parents, his brothers
Michael Lee Williams and Churchill Boyd Williams Jr, both grandparents Joseph and Pearline Moore, both aunties Aleta Banks and Francis Oueiche.
