A Life of Grace and Devotion
Juanita Gail Collins Williams was born on January 29, 1965, to Roosevelt and Annie Collins. From an early age, she embraced the love of Christ and was baptized at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend J.E. Britton. Her faith remained a guiding light throughout her life. She graduated from Evan E. Worthing High School, Class of 1983, carrying with her the hopes of her family and the promise of a bright future.
A Love That Endured
In Houston, Texas, Juanita met the love of her life, Jeffrey Williams. Their hearts were joined in Holy Matrimony on November 3, 1984. For 42 beautiful years, their union was a testament to enduring love, laughter, and partnership. Together, they were blessed with two sons: Eric and Jeffrey Jr.
A Legacy of Service
Juanita dedicated 26 years of her professional life to CenterPoint Energy. Her work ethic, integrity, and warmth left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of working alongside her. She was more than a colleague—she was a beacon of light and encouragement. She also was a Mary Kay Representative for many years.
A Heavenly Homecoming
On September 16, 2025, Juanita was called home to eternal rest. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Annie Lee Collins, and her grandparents, George and Dessie Mae Smith.
A Heart That Touched Many
Juanita was a devoted wife, nurturing mother, proud grandmother, and godmother. She was a cherished daughter, gentle sister, and loyal friend. Her radiant smile, warm spirit, and unwavering kindness touched every soul she encountered. Her energy and passion for life will never be forgotten.
