Parents: Charles V. and Deloris (Ethridge) Randle
The Early Years: Leonard was the first born of five children. At an early age he became a member of Pure Light Baptist Church where he was baptized, under the leadership of Pastor N.J. Smith.
Education: Leonard graduated from Forest Brook High School in 1977. He attended Texas Southern University and graduated in 1983.
Young Adult Years: Leonard met the love of his life, Chandra Myers. They married on May 31, 1986. From this union, one son was born, Leonard C. Randle, Jr.
Employment: Leonard was employed at Ritz Camera. He was owner of Randle’s Photography. He later worked as a Lieutenant at the Harris County Sheriff’s Department until retirement.
Christian Experience: Pure Light Missionary Baptist Church, Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church and Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Deloris Randle; his wife, Chandra Randle; son, Leonard C. Randle, Jr; and his sister, Sherron Randle Cook.
He leaves to cherish his memories, sisters, Sharon Randle, Charlotte Randle and Sherrell Randle; sister-in-law, Denise Myers Beasley; brother-in-law, Kenneth Cook, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
