Paul Ray Williams was born on January 31, 1965, in Houston, Texas to Paul R. Spain and Dorothy Scurlock Williams.  His early childhood education led him to Westbury Elementary, Cullen Middle School and graduation from Westbury High School.  He continued his educational aspirations by attending the College of Biblical Studies with studies in Spiritual Counseling.

Later in life, he became employed with the City of Houston Public Works in Solid Waste Dept and moved over to Wastewater Operations (Inspector) where he served 32 years.  He was loved by his co-workers and all who he  encountered.

Paul accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Harvey Clemons Jr.   He later in life joined the Church Without Walls under the leaders of Dr. Ralph W. West.

Paul lived life to the fullest and loved his family and friends.  He loved spending time with family and loved dedicating time to his church.   On February 1, 2024, Paul accepted the call from God to enter from labor to reward.  He will be greatly missed by his loved ones but will never be forgotten.

Paul was preceded in death by Dorothy Williams (Mother), Patrick Williams (Brother), Alvin Quebedeaux (Stepdad).

He is survived by: Five children, Trasandra Williams, Keyshawn Williams, Kearra Williams, Christian Rey Williams, Brianna Rae Williams, one sister, Vanessa Williams and a host of nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.
