Robert ( RH ) Herman Bryant, was born to Willie Mae and Robert Adam Bryant on October 16, 1931 in New Waverly, Texas.
Robert accepted Christ as Lord and Savior, uniting with Riverbrook Missionary Baptist Church. Later, he reaffirmed his membership with New Faith Church under the leadership of Pastor T. R. Williams. He was a faithful and active servant of the Usher Board. This ministry, Robert really loved and enjoyed being a part of serving until his health began to fail him.

Robert was employed as a Longshoreman at the Port of Houston ( working out of Locals # 872 and # 24 ). He was well respected by all who knew him. Robert retired on December 23, 1998 with 46 years of service.

His favorite, most loved pleasures and pastimes were fishing, hunting, barbecuing, and gardening.
On December 13, 2024, in Houston, Texas, Robert departed His earthly body to be with our Heavenly Father.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents Willie Mae and Robert A. Bryant; son, Gerald Bryant; daughters, Linda Bryant, Rhenetta Bryant, and Lavetta Dunn; granddaughter, Tinika Bryant; great grandson, Kornelius McKenzie; Three Sisters and Eight Brothers.

Leaves in God's care to cherish his memories, loving and devoted wife Mrs. Yvonne Bryant of (45) years; One son, Milton Osborne; Five daughters, Rebbie (Billy) McKenzie, Marion (Gary) Bartz, Yolanda Bryant, Angela Osborne, and Zantha Bryant; One brother, Curtis Bryant; (17) grandchildren, (29) great grandchildren, (14) great great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him.
