Roderick Payne Richardson

Roderick Payne Richardson Sr known was born July 30, 1960, in Shreveport, Louisiana to William F. Richardson Sr and Deloris Richardson. Roderick and his family moved to Houston in 1962. He got his education in the Houston Independent School District and a certificate from the University of Phoenix.

Roderick worked in the banking industry for 20 years before retiring as a car salesperson. He spent his remaining years making memories with his loved ones, volunteering, and enjoying attending various sports events.

He leaves to mourn him, his wife Karen Richardson, daughter Jessica (Jabeau) Hoskins, son Roderick Richardson Jr., his grandsons Carter, Drew, and Elijah Hoskins, his father William Frank Richardson Sr., three brothers William (Jean) Richardson, Johnny (Bridgette) Richardson, Donny (Shellie) Richardson, two sisters Valerie Richardson and Kathleen Bradford. He leaves a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

The family would like to thank everyone for their heartfelt words and kindness during this difficult time.
