Stephanie Kaye Mouton Fuller was born August 2,1950 in Houston, Texas to Deacon Kenneth and Alice Mouton.
She received her formal education from Jack Yates Sr High School in Houston, Tx where she was a part of the Drum and Bugle Corps/ Marching Band. Before graduating in 1968 she met the love of her life Charles Edward Fuller ,she continued her education at Wharton Junior College where she earned her degree in Business Administration.
And went on to marry Charles June 24, 1972 at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church where they started their faithful walk with Christ together. Stephanie always had a deep passion for the church. She dedicated her life to Christ at an early age and never gave up on her journey through Christ. She later became a Deaconess and dedicated many years of her life in the church and her community. In her later years she joined her Mouton family and became a proud member of East Bethel Baptist Church.
She later began her professional journey at Rice University where she worked diligently and faithfully for 15 years, from 1976-1991.
In the midst of her career, Stephanie was blessed with two wonderful sons, Marcus Dwayne Fuller born June of 1975 and Kevin Ray Fuller born August of 1982. As she continued her path in administration, she discovered a deep passion for baking. What began as a personal interest soon blossomed into a heartfelt mission. Stephanie would bake cakes for anyone; family, friends, neighbors , doctors offices, even the cashier at the grocery store. No one was a stranger to her. She offered her cakes as a gesture of gratitude and love, always finding a way to give back to those around her. Everyone knew and loved "Memes cakes." Not only for their delicious taste, but for the warmth and kindness they represented.
Stephanie leaves behind a family who truly loved and cherished her. She is survived by her sons, Kevin Fuller and Marcus Fuller Sr. Her daughter-in-law, Sherrie Fuller, and her beloved grandchildren, Marcus Dwayne Fuller Jr. and Makaelin Brielle Diane Fuller. She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Noah Fuller, Mason Fuller, Brielle Fuller, and Chase Smith; each of whom brought her immense joy. Her final days were filled with love and comfort.
On June 30th, 2025, she passed away restfully in her home. She can now rejoice in eternity, reunited with her soulmate, Charles Fuller.
