On May 11, 1977, in Houston, Texas, John Andrew Timmons and Mary Milton Timmons were blessed with a beautiful daughter, Tausha Tashaun Timmons. From the beginning, Tausha possessed a caring spirit, a love for family, and a heart that would ultimately lead her into a life of service to others. Tausha's life was also firmly rooted in her faith. At an early age, she gave her life to Christ. On July 6, 2003, she was baptized at Sugar Valley Missionary Baptist Church under the Pastor Rev. Ve’an. Her faith remained an important foundation throughout her life's journey.
Tausha was raised and educated in Houston, Texas, and received her formal education at Westbury High school. Her desire to help others eventually led her to pursue a career in massage therapy, a profession that became much more than a ca-reer to her. Tausha often found the work therapeutic not only for her clients, but for herself as well.
Driven by determination, compassion, and an entrepreneurial spirit, Tausha became the Founder and Lead Therapist of WWAM Mobile Massage. She began her professional journey as a Student Massage Therapist working for a chiropractor and continued to advance her education and training. She became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor (LMTI), Certified Body Contouring Specialist, and Post-Operative Care Specialist. Throughout her career, Tausha had the privilege of caring for a diverse group of clients, ranging from geriatric clients to individuals with special needs. Her skills and professionalism opened doors for her to provide therapeutic services through con-hospitals, schools, plastic surgery patients, and corporations. She also devoted four years of service to Therapeutic Services of the Southwest as an LMT/LMTI. Tausha took great pride in using her hands, knowledge, and compassionate nature to bring comfort, relie), and healing to those entrusted to her care.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tausha's greatest joy could be found in the love she shared with her family. She enjoyed cooking and hosting jamil gatherings, creating opportunities for those she loved to come together, laugh, fellowship, and make lasting memories. In her quiet moments, she enjoyed reading romance novels. She also had a special place in her heart for her two standard poodles, whom she lovingly called her babies and cared for dearly.
Tausha was a woman of many gifts—a devoted mother, loving daughter and sister, caring relative, loyal friend, skilled therapist, entrepreneur, and compassionate care-giver. Her life touched people in both personal and professional ways, and the kindness she extended to others will remain a meaningful part of her legacy.
Tausha Tashaun Jackson departed this life on August 9, 2026. she was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Mary Milton Timmons and her sister, Jacqueline Yolanda Bradfield.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory her beloved son, Shawn Andrew Timmons; her sister, Charlotte Denise Harris (Curtis O Dane Harris Sr.); loving nieces and nephews, Jonathan Bradfield, Christopher Bradfield, Barnard Bradfield, Jr., Corey O'Dane Harris, and Crystial Denise Harris; and a host of other relatives, friends, clients, colleagues, and all whose lives were blessed by knowing her.
Although Tausha's earthly journey has come to an end, the love she gave, the lives she touched, the family memories she created, and the comfort she brought to so many will continue to live on. Her hands brought healing, her heart gave love, and her life leaves a legacy that will not be forgotten.
