Tierra was born on January 31, 2005 to Norkeisha Herman and Terry Horn. She was born in Houston, Tx and was the baby of five children. She attended schools in the Houston Independent School District (HISD). Tierra was a blossoming flower that  sprouted into a young lady with determination. Tierra enjoyed life, family, and friends. In her time for hobbies she enjoyed dancing, tik-tok videos, and the presence of being surrounded by loved ones. Tierra was a free spirited person and a absolute goof ball.

On Tuesday, January 2, 2024 God's purpose for Tierra's life on earth was fulfilled. She was transitioned from labor to eternal glory.

Tierra was preceded in death by her mother, Norkeisha Herman, grandfather  Leroy Hunter, grandmother Patricia Herman, great grandmother Lela B. Russell, great great grandmother Doretha Glenn Johnson, and cousin Lyrick Jones.

She leaves cherished memories to her dad Terry Horn, siblings Terry Horn Jr, Terrell Horn, Mykeisha Willis, Rokeisha Calton, Jeremiah Riley, Skinesha Granville, grandmother Cathleen Hunter, aunts Shantell Horn, Jackie Noble, Tanya Chambers,  uncles Hubert Horn and Jerry Herman, nephews Christopher Anderson Jr. and Marcus Calton Jr., and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
