Tierral Williams Jones entered into this world on May 13, 1970, in New Orleans, LA. Born to the late Dorothy (Foley) and Walter Williams, Tierral graduated from Warren Easton Senior High School in 1988. Tierral, who was known by most as "Black," was short but mighty. She was outspoken, genuine, and loved by many. She took pride in how she presented herself to the world and loved dressing up. Black found a passion in working in the casino industry, working for both Harrah's and Treasure Chest casinos while living in New Orleans. Since 2005, following Hurricane Katrina, she lived and worked in Houston, TX. She always had a smile on her face, and she loved to laugh. No matter what life threw her way, she never let anything get her down. On June 23, 2024, Tierral entered peacefully into eternal rest. She was 54 years old. She was the beloved mother of daughter Jazmine Jones, sister of Arnal Williams (her twin), Tylin Williams Sr., and Dannium Williams (Lou). She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Dorothy and Louis Foley Sr., her paternal grandparents, and her parents, the late Dorothy and Walter Williams. She is survived by her daughter, siblings, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Tierral was loved.
