Tremaine Iki Johnson was born on September 6, 1973 in Houston, Texas to Alfred Robertson, Jr and the late Veloria Flournoy. He passed away in Sugarland, Texas on Saturday, March 15, 2014. He gave his life to God at an early age. He was a member of New Light Christian Center Church under Bishop I.V. Hilliard since 2007. He attended Jesse H. Jones and Jack Yates High Schools. Upon graduating from Southeast Barber College in 1997, he became a master barber. Tremaine met the love of his life, Melinda Celestine in Kelso Elementary School. They went to Cullen Middle School and Jesse H. Jones High School together. On May 12, 2001, Tremaine and Melinda were joined in holy matrimony in New Iberia, LA. To that union, Tremaine Johnson, Jr. was born. Together they had three daughters; Treasure Johnson; Tristan Johnson, and Violet Reynolds; two sons, Timothy Reynolds, and Thomas Reynolds, IV. Tremaine leaves to cherish his memories his devoted wife, Melinda of Rosenberg, TX; three daughters; Treasure Johnson; Tristan Johnson and Violet Reynolds; three sons, Tremaine Johnson, Jr,, Timothy Reynolds and Thomas Reynolds, IV; his father Alfred Robertson; his grandmother, Ida Morgan; two brothers, Brandon and Derrick and one sister, Nicole; father-in-law, Phillip Rogers, Sr.; mother-in-law, Linda Celestine-Right; brother-in-law, Phillip Rogers, Jr; three sister-in-laws, Anquinetta Wright; Sabrina Rogers and Deauna Rogers. And a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
