Vinnie D. Williams-Shaw born on November 8,1953 in Goliad, TX to the late Jessie H. Williams and Georgiana Lott-Williams-Leviston, she moved to Houston at an early age where she grew up in the South Park area and graduated from Ross Shaw Sterling High School. She worked in the medical field and was in cosmetology before having to retire due to medical issues.

She is survived by two sisters Ethel Y. Leviston and Melvinia A. Leviston and one brother Benjamin F. Leviston. Her husband Isaac Shaw, daughter Natalie Shaw-Manuel, son, Schun Wells, nieces, Machine Leviston, Marlana Simms-Gillis, nephew, Bryant Simms. Grandchildren, Jalen Wells, Jordan Wells, Laila Manuel, Alliyah Manuel. Great Grandchildren, Aria Wells & Traylen Wells.
