On December 08, 1961, in Houston, Texas, a handsome baby boy was born to Wilbert L. Andrews, Sr. and Susie Blake, whom they named Wilbert, Jr. He was the oldest of seven children. Wibert attended schools in Houston Independence School District and later had two children, Quincy Andrews and Susan Andrews. He always kept a positive attitude and a positive outlook towards people and life. Wilbert took pride in his work and worked hard to provide for his family, which resulted in a successful career that spanned over the last 45 years. He was blessed and had the opportunity to work within The Methodist Hospital System, Grocery Supply and the last 17 plus years within The UPS Mykawa/IAH Hub.

Wilbert is preceded in eternal life by his mother, Susie; Dad, Wilbert, Sr.; Father, D.V.; Grandmother, Joyce; His daughter, Susan; His fiancé', Audrey; His twin brother and sister, Maurice and Madeline; great nephew, Micah and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Wilbert leaves to cherish his memories: Son, Quincy, Sr. (Bee); Grandson's, Quincy, Jr. and Imier; Brother: Danny, Sr. (Niecy); Sisters: Tonya, Ane Marie (Ed), Cortney; Nephews: Nick, Steven, Danny Jr., Adam, Jr. (Symone), Maurice, Jr., Denzel; Nieces: Jenny, Tiffany, Kydise, Frances, grandnephews, grandnieces and a host of special aunts, cousins and friends.
