Lay'Andre Fontenot was born on November 3, 1999 as Lay'Andre O. Zone, Jr. to Lay'Andre O. Zone, Sr. and Ms. Lakreshia Robinson, both from Houston, Texas where "Man" grew up and was raised by Oscar (Lynn) Fontenot (Godmother) and Justin Daughtery (Godfather) along with many others that took part in his up-bringing.

On July 4, 2017, at only 17 years old, Lay'Andre's life ended due to unnecessary mayhem.

Proceeding him in death is his father, Lay'Andre O. Zone, Sr. and two grandmothers, Anna Scallion and Camilla Robinson.

Left to mourn his passing are his mothers, Lakreshia Robinson and Oscar (Lynn) Fontenot; two sisters, La'yundria and La'Dorian Fontenot; one brother, Travaun Fontenot, along with a host of family and friends that love him dearly.
