Obituary

Betty Jean was born on June 28m 1936 to Gertrude and Albert Evans, one of two loving daughters born to this proud parentage.

Betty grew up and attended school in Palestine, Texas.  She confessed her faith in Christ at an early age and became a member of the Palestine Missionary Baptist Church.

Betty met and married Carl Lavander Freeman, Sr., the love of her life.  They moved to Houston, Teas where they enjoyed a wonderful forty-five year marriage until his death separated them in 2005.  She dedicated her life to being the bet mother that any child could have.  Even after her health failed, she was always there.
