Gwendolyn Inez Hall, 88 took her last breath on September 29, 2022 with her family by her side in Houston, TX.

Born on February 13, 1934 to Leon and Mollie Hal in Angleton, TX. She had a deep love for God and spent her life operating in that love.

Gwendolyn spent her childhood in Angleton where she attended Marshall High School and Ward Chapel UMC. Angleton is also the place where she met her beloved husband Rinzley Phillips, also known by her as Phil. They spent 66 years together. She is preceded in death by the love of
her life Rinzley, two of her children Michael and Renee, and four grandchildren, Wade, Wayne, Tamiracle and Je'Love.

Gwendolyn leaves behind her daughter, Sherry, 8 grandchildren, Jeremy (Claressa), Michael (Rebecca), Michelle, Ashley, Terrance, Allison, Kendall (Courtney) and Ilea, along with 15 great grandchildren, Wayne, Jr., Dewayne, Ciara, Briele, Jeremy Delahney, Keighan, Jemiya, Elani,
Rinzley, Bella, Bailee, Lovely, Anecia, Reighan and a host of family and friends that she loved and cared for beyond measure.

Gwendolyn taught us the beauty of family, compassion, kindness and giving everything in your reach your best shot! Her memories, lessons, big laugh and sweet voice will forever be in the mind and hearts of her family and friends.
